The system, developed by Kordia and Starboard Maritime Intelligence, monitors vessel activity near cables and alerts mariners to prevent damage, reducing risks of widespread digital disruption. Funded through a Budget 2024 investment and industry contributions, this initiative is part of a broader government effort to enhance the security and resilience of the country's underwater infrastructure.
