Government Invests $70M to Boost Major Events and Tourism Across New Zealand

The Government is investing over $3.2 million in a range of major events across New Zealand, including sports, food, culture, and innovation, as part of its $70 million Major Events and Tourism Package. These events, running from May to December, aim to attract more participants and international visitors, stimulate local economies, and enhance New Zealand's reputation as a world-class destination.
